Pancawarna - A community weaving workshop

Pancawarna - A community weaving workshop

Join artist and educator Siti Musa for a creative workshop exploring migration, memory, and community through weaving and drawing.

Pancawarna, meaning “five colours” or “many colours” in Malaysian language, celebrates the beauty of diversity. Inspired by nature, textiles, and personal journeys, this hands-on session invites you to explore your own story of movement and transformation.

Using reclaimed materials and forgotten fabrics, you’ll create a personal piece that will be woven into a shared community tapestry, telling a collective story of resilience, identity, and connection.

What to Expect:

✨ Hands-on weaving or drawing with repurposed materials

✨ Reflection through colour, texture, and storytelling

✨ A final collaborative tapestry celebrating our shared journeys
